RUN TO THE HILLS

About

I am a multidisciplinary designer and artist, having pursued my studies in Industrial Design at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. With over 16 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Leadership for a prominent department store, my collaborative efforts encompassed driving sales through brand identity, presentation and team development. However, the winds of change led me to embark on a new path, transitioning into a marketing role at an esteemed Architectural firm in Boston, MA.

When I'm not chasing deadlines and brainstorming, I find solace in exploring nature and channeling my creativity into the realm of art. My fascination with the natural world developed during my childhood in the rural hilltowns of Western Massachusetts, as I grew and began to travel my interest only deepened. From the colossal Douglas Firs of the Pacific Northwest to the wind chiseled sand dunes and rocky outcroppings of the Northeast, nature permeates and informs my work. It is no surprise, then, that much of my artwork is created with repurposed timbers. By incorporating these reclaimed materials, I not only infuse my creations with character and history but also embrace sustainability and environmental consciousness.
